Ned\u011bl\u00e1me z&nbsp;d\u011bt\u00ed vrcholov\u00e9 sportovce, neselektujeme a nikoho neodm\u00edt\u00e1me, a d\u00edky spolupr\u00e1ci v\u0161ech t\u0159\u00ed stran nevy\u017eadujeme placen\u00ed poplatk\u016f \u2013 cvi\u010den\u00ed je zdarma !<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kter\u00e9 z d\u011bt\u00ed po ukon\u010den\u00ed 3.t\u0159\u00eddy projev\u00ed z\u00e1jem o dal\u0161\u00ed pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;pravideln\u00e9m sportov\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u00e1 mo\u017enost v&nbsp;odd\u00edlech Sportovn\u00edho klubu Univerzity Palack\u00e9ho. D\u011bti pak p\u0159irozenou cestou proch\u00e1zej\u00ed p\u0159es v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 v&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch dru\u017estvech&nbsp;b\u011bhem z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly do dorosteneck\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu studia na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Ti s&nbsp;nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1jmem, p\u0159edpoklady a ochotou tvrd\u011b pracovat na tr\u00e9ninku i ve studiu se&nbsp;mohou st\u00e1t&nbsp;\u010dleny vrcholov\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f&nbsp; SK UP&nbsp; a z\u00e1rove\u0148&nbsp;studovat na&nbsp;UP Olomouc.<\/p>\n<p>Cvi\u010den\u00ed&nbsp;vedou studentky FTK UP, pod dohledem zku\u0161en\u00fdch tren\u00e9r\u016f SKUP. Garantem projektu je FTK UP Olomouc. Dlouhodob\u011b jsme zapojen\u00ed do projekt\u016f M\u0160MT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a61c00;\"><strong>Kolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b cvi\u010d\u00edme ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a61c00;\">Jednou za t\u00fdden&nbsp;45 minut. Tento \u010das v&nbsp;prvn\u00edm obdob\u00ed sta\u010d\u00ed na to, aby se d\u011bti rozkoukaly, zvykly si na ur\u010ditou pravidelnost a staly se sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed dan\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu n\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny uveden\u00fdch Z\u0160. Rodi\u010d\u016fm i n\u00e1m tren\u00e9r\u016fm tato doba posta\u010d\u00ed k&nbsp;posouzen\u00ed a odhadu vlastnost\u00ed a schopnost\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed pro potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed ve sportu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a61c00;\">&nbsp;<strong>Co v\u0161echno d\u011bl\u00e1me&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a61c00;\">V\u0161echno. Vedle sout\u011b\u017eivosti a spolupr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 s&nbsp;sebou sportov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;kolektivu nese, jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klonnosti d\u00edt\u011bte ke sportov\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;jeho z\u00e1kladn\u00ed podob\u011b, a p\u0159it\u00e1hnut\u00ed k&nbsp;pravideln\u00e9mu pohybu. Proto skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1me v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u0161koln\u00edho roku v\u0161echno, co prostory a vybaven\u00ed t\u011blocvi\u010den umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed s&nbsp;respektov\u00e1n\u00edm v\u011bkov\u00fdch zvl\u00e1\u0161tnost\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte a hlavn\u00ed z\u00e1sady, bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a61c00;\">Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed atletika s&nbsp;b\u011b\u017eeck\u00fdmi cvi\u010den\u00edmi a hrami, p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy i vytrvalostn\u011b pojat\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed s&nbsp;hern\u00edm n\u00e1m\u011btem.
